Mental Skills Trainer, a Certified Health, and Wellness Coach, Kirsten Olshan, MS.

Throughout her career, Kirsten Olshan has been fascinated by the intersection of sports psychology, performance psychology, and healing, exploring what enables individuals to perform at their best in high-stress, fast-paced environments. Her work integrates human performance science, mindset training, emotional regulation, and recovery practices to help individuals and teams cultivate resilience, presence, and well-being. She also specializes in artistic and performance coaching, guiding creatives and performers to deepen their craft, clarify identity, and build intentional, fulfilling practices.
Blending her background in Pilates, yoga, and movement science with the principles of sports psychology, Kirsten helps clients reframe challenges, build self-awareness, and strengthen mental flexibility. Her approach centers on collaboration and curiosity, creating space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change. She guides individuals to recognize patterns, shift perspective, and align actions with their values—transforming stress into clarity, confidence, and performance under pressure.
Kirsten has coached NFL athletes, performing artists, military leaders, and healthcare professionals, bringing performance and well-being to diverse, high-stress settings. She has held roles at Stanford University, supporting learners and professionals in mindset, lifestyle, and leadership coaching, and worked with the Department of Defense’s Human Performance, Space, and Science team as a Performance Expert and Master Resilience Trainer.
An international public speaker, lifelong performer, and educator, Kirsten has choreographed and taught nationally and continues her work with ODC Dance, co-creating the Performance, Health, and Wellness Coaching Program. She holds a Master’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with a focus on Sports Psychology and is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Master Resilience Trainer (MRT), Yoga Alliance–certified educator, Certified Pilates Teacher (Romana’s Pilates, NYC), and R@W (Resilience at Work) certified.
